Good Standing Requirement Residents must remain in good financial and lease standing through the date each concession is applied. Residents with delinquent balances, returned payments, lease violations, pending eviction proceedings, or other defaults may forfeit the promotional concession. Early Termination / Breach Clause The promotional concession is provided in consideration of the resident fulfilling the entire initial lease term. If the lease is terminated early for any reason, including voluntary move-out, default, eviction, abandonment, or any other breach of the lease agreement, the full value of all promotional concessions received shall immediately become due and payable and may be included in the resident's final account balance, except where prohibited by applicable law.
