Existing residents, lease renewals, resident transfers, month-to-month residents, and corporate leases are not eligible. Applicant must be approved and execute a new 12–15 month lease on or before September 30, 2026. Concession consists of two months of base rent free and will be applied as a rent credit to the resident ledger during the second and fourth full month of residency unless otherwise specified by management. Concession applies to base rent only and does not apply to utilities, RUBS charges, parking, storage, pet rent, deposits, application fees, administrative fees, insurance requirements, or any other ancillary charges. Offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be assigned, exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Offer may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, concession, preferred employer program, referral incentive, employee discount, transfer incentive, renewal incentive, or negotiated pricing arrangement. Resident must remain in good standing and comply with all terms of the lease agreement to receive and retain the concession. Failure to move in, cancellation of the lease, application withdrawal, default, eviction, abandonment, or early lease termination may result in forfeiture and/or repayment of the concession amount in accordance with the lease agreement and applicable law.
